Glad to be back to My Fitness Pal

I started my journey with MFP about 3 years ago and I lost 40 pounds and got in the best shape of my life.

Well 2 and 1/2 years later, a new job, and two major breakups, i've gained it all back, plus 20. So I'm back to get this weight off and off for good. I opened this account in September and have casually tracked but really got serious a few weeks ago. I know what to do and how to do it, I just have to get the motivation to do it and I'm hoping with everyones help and support we can all make the best out of one another.

  • Hi. I stopped using MFP about 6 months ago. Just restarted again today. Tell me what you need to keep motivated and I will always try to be there for you. I have 5 dogs...3 are puppies, so I take several daily walks for my exercise.
  • That must be nice, I work about 60-70 hours a week so it's hard for me to fit in the exercise and diet I need . I guess this is what this is all about though right :)
