I bought one of those small ones at Walmart for $35. I had to go back and buy one for my four year old. I come home and we go jumping. Not only do I get to spend quality with my son laughing, I burn calories (400/hr) and my son is drop dead tired by 8:30. I love this where I will jump on it 5 to 10 minutes before getting ready for work.

    Trampolines are awesome!

    We have a huge one in our backyard and we have so much fun on it.
    You do get an excellent workout on that thing!
    Not only by jumping on it, b/c of all the laughing you do!
