So close yet so far....I need all the help I can get!

Hello. I'm Mary. I started this journey around 196 and am now 177. I got down to 173 but gained a few back. I need some support badly. My goal weight is 160

I am doing Atkins. I would love inexpensive menu ideas for Atkins. I do about 30 mins of cardio a day and am looking for ideas to strength train at home.
