I am about 3 weeks into my dieting and exercise. I didn't discover MFP until about a week ago. I am finally logged my food diary for the past full week. I think this diary is amazing. Can you anyone point me in the right direction or make recommendations on the food that I intake. For some reason it is recommending me to eat only 65-75 grams of protein. Is there a particular reason for that? Any help would be appreciated. Good Luck to all in the journey. My goal is to weight 175-185. I am currently at 202.

    MFP's protein is usually pretty low for someone working out regularly. You can adjust them
    Manually under Goals if you prefer a higher protein ratio.
