Hi Everyone, I need some advice. I have finally reached my ideal weight and want to start getting ripped, although i am seeing my abs and other muscles more. I have been following a low carb diet(between 50-100 carbs a day), watcing my calorie, fat, sodium, and sugar intake. I eat only meat, vegetables ,nuts, fruit, and protein powder. I want to know exactly what is a good carb range for me to reach for to start getting ripped and losing this extra body fat?

It's extremely difficult to add muscle without adding some fat, there needs to be a calorific excess to allow for muscle growth. I was pretty much in the same position as you. I am 6"1' and got down to 170lbs.
I am now on a *clean* bulk, and aim for 2900 calories a day (based on the second link below) my macro breakdown is 254c/254p/97f
Here are a couple of good links which should point you in the right direction.
