Over 40 with over 70lbs to lose.

This is hard, I change things up every 6-8 weeks trying to take some weight off. I tried to eat more to lose and that backfired and I gained almost 10lbs. I am now working on taking those off plus a LOT more. I have put my calories back to 1300 to create a deficit and have been doing hip hop abs 5 times a week. My goal is to at least get those 10lbs off before I start lifting again. If you are in a similiar position please add me, I am completely open to suggestions and could use the motivation:)
