Do you count the warm up and cool down when you log?

This question may have already been asked and if so, I apologize. I was just wondering if you do a 5 min. warm up, 20 min workout, and 5 minute cool down. How many minutes do you log?

I usually log three different activities. Today, for example, I will warm up on the treadmill for 5 minutes at 4 mph, then I will lift for about 45 minutes and then cool down at 3.5 mph for another 5 minutes. Three activities, each with its own caloric burn. Hope this helps!0

If you have a HRM you would take your average heart rate and calculate how many calories you burned at that rate. Most HRM do this for you. No need to worry about what you burned during x amount of warmup or x amount of cool down, just when your done calculate your average heart rate.0

I am doing insanity, the warm up is probably harder than some workouts so yes I count it.0
