Low Carb treats

Hi Everyone,

I apologise if there is already a link for this but I have gone through quite a few pages and not seen anything.

I am doing low carbs and really need a sweet treat that I can take to work with me, but easy to make and things i would generally have in my cupboard.

Thinking of muffins/cookies/bars/cake all the usual naughty foods gone healthy
