The maths....

If carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram and fat 9 calories per gram how is it that I have 10g fat, 6g carb and 3g protein left yet only 18 calories? My maths makes that 126 calories...
I seem to be consistently under target on fat because whenever I include fats such as olive oil or nuts I always end up over my calories. I am working on a 40, 30, 30 split but seem to have approx 25% of my fat allowance left each day or go over by about 150 cals

The database has errors on some foods. It also doesn't account for calories from fiber, and in certain instances the calories are rounded rather than giving actual amounts.0

Any food in the database search that has an astrix* next to it has been added by a user and might not be correct. I try and stick with the ones that have portions options in grams, oz, or ml. My medium apple is not the same size as your medium apple.0
