Well I went through a few life changes and now I'm back and ready to recommit to health and fitness! During my break I had an injury that really set me back, which made me gain a couple pounds and lost a lot of muscle. My wrist is still not 100% but I refuse to let it hold me back any more. I still aspire to hit the fitness stage next year so I'm focusing on gaining muscle now so I wont have so far to go when I start training.
I think most important this time around I am REALLY comfortable with my body. Of course I have goals and an ideal look, but I've learned to love every stage of my journey. I realize that body transformation is continuous work in process, and hating what you see in the mirror makes that process 10x harder than it should be. With that said, feel free to add me.
