Advice please on 30DS

Ok advice please????? Yesterday was supposed to be day 9 of the 30DS.... but I missed it :( #sadly
Anyways, my question is, should I do the workout today ONCE, and consider it as a day 9, and consider yesterday as a rest day? (I barely ate, so I guess I didnt have that many calories). Or should I do the workout today TWICE, and count that as day 9 and 10?
I feel as if I'm still not ready to move on to level 2 though- am I allowed to do level 1 for another couple of days, or would that ruin the workout? Should I do it again after I'm done with the 30 days??

So many questions :)

Just count yesterday as a rest day and count today as day 9.

You can stay on whichever level you feel comfortable with. Personally I thought level 2 was easier than level 1.

Count it as a rest day, and Jillian insists that you move on to Level 2 only when you feel you're ready. 10 day is an avg, take as much time as you want. Im on day 6 of Level 2, for me Level 2 is way harder than Level 1. Level 3 is supposed to be fun though, so I'm looking forward to it

I agree-- I thought level 2 was a little easier as well. And as others have said, i would just count yesterday as a rest day

Definitely go at your own pace and advance only when you are ready. If it takes you 40 days, so what, as long as you keep going and make it to the finish line you'll be fine! No one said you had follow it exactly - everyone is different!

ETA: Don't beat yourself up if you can't do it every single day!
