I'm a salt-a-holic, I'll admit, and when I get home from work, I am always ravenous! My favorite after-work snack to tie me over til dinner is yellow popcorn (I use olive oil or coconut oil) and pop it myself. It's seemingly low-cal, and it fills me up.
