Clean and lean 2 week reset

Hi,

Never thought of messaging on here till now even though i have had MFP for a while now. To be honest i find it hard to motivate myself to enter all my food. One thing i have been wondering is, how does one do enter food intake discreetly with lots of people about? Also would be great to get some support from likeminded people on here.

Im 5"2 and looking to lose about 7lbs. Im planning on doing the clean and lean 2 week kickstart as i have found it to be effective before. For me it also helps retrain myself in better eating habits.

Is anyone else doing the c&l diet? Or has anyone done it in the past?

I am well aware of how to eat healthily, for those against 'diets', but need a little guidance with a strict regime to get back into it! Im an all or nothing kinda girl :) just thought id make that clear to avoid negative comments.

So, anyone need a motivation buddy? Im your girl!
