High my name is Yvette....and I am a comfort eater....I hate to admit it but is has been the sole source f my weight problem all my life....I need friends who are also comfort eaters who can relate and help motivate me as well as me helping them.....we can kick this habit together.....believe it or not being a comfort eater is a disorder...at least this is what I believe.... I say it is a disorder because it "disorders" my dang scale....lol....sorry my own sense of humor....I hope everyone has a great day...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD ME.....
