I haven't actually been sick, I just feel it and it's after every meal/snack. I've just ate 2 crackers for breakfast and 10 minutes later I'm feeling sick. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Two questions:

    1. is this something that has just started happening, or is it something that's been going on a few weeks. If a), you might have a tummy bug, if b), go see your doctor, you might have a food intolerence or a more sinister health issue.
    2. are you by any chance recovering from an eating disorder? I heard that sometimes if you're not used to eating much your stomach rebels when you start feeding it again. If so, go see the doctor and discuss it.

(Rhetorical questions BTW - no need to answer if you don't want to, I know they're quite personal )

I am extremely intolerent to goat cheese - just the smell makes me nauseous, and even eating the residue left over on the little baked cheesy snacks like goaty mini-cheddars makes me throw up. Not sure what would happen if I ate the actual cheese, but I imagine it might be messy!

    Are you pregnant? :)

Might just be a stomach bug or something...

I actually had this happen to me a couple of years ago- and I was not pregnant. Everything I ate upset my stomach, but I never threw up or anything, I just felt crappy. After a couple of weeks of it I finally went to the doctor and they told it was probably just a virus. A couple of days after seeing the doctor I started feeling better. I have no idea why, though. I hope you feel better soon, though.

Could be a food allergy, or you could have a slow acting flu or cold coming on... tis the season! I would schedule an appointment with your doctor if it goes on for longer than a week.
