Hello all,

My name is Michael and I'm about to commit to a new me, physically. I'm currently 31 years old and it's time to plant the seeds of change. I want to get back into shape and feel proud of my body. I currently weigh 207 pounds and my goal is to reach 185. I'm 6ft tall and unfortunately I was blessed with a high metabolism thus making the bulk of my life care free when it came to eating habits. Now I'm 31 and have no idea how to control cravings, or live a healthy lifestyle. Due to this it's extremely hard for me to change the way I've lived.

Fried food, cheese, sweets, pastries, candy, eating large meals minutes before bed, etc. These are some of the things I've done for as long as I can remember and unfortunately, when I crave food, I binge on sweets by habit. I don't wanna spend the time making a decent snack. I just want something easy and sweet. Clearly these are not ideal for weight loss and it's time for a new paradigm.

Anyway, I wanted to join the community to get some support and give support as I gain more experience forming a healthy lifestyle.
