Need help with what is appropriate and what is not?

This is my call out for help because I have a disability in that I was born without appropriate social filters. Please help! I seem to have a poor social filter, and the internet makes it worse due to the anonymity When you have something hilarious to say in your brain, but it's not socially appropriate and/or highly sexual how do you not say it? I feel that I have to share my funny thoughts, but I guess this is not the case as I get in trouble. I'm trying very hard to learn but I need help, and patience to learn what I can and cannot say.

Would watching endless hours of Jeff Dunham teach me how to say things that are not funny, but still make the general masses laugh and remain socially appropriate?
