I am 62 today and I finally got it. Growing up Italian you eat much and you eat often whether hungry or not. Two years ago in August, I found MFP and NOW I got it. Food is fuel that I need to live PERIOD I eat around 1200-1400 calories a day. I walk,do yoga and Jillian's programs and I have loss and I continue to maintain. I never deprive myself but I don't overindulge like I did in the past. If I have a bad day,I just get back on track the next day. It has been hard but it is worth it for the health benefits I am getting and O yes the new clothes. To all us fighting this fight GOOD LUCK and don't give up.
