My First Challenge!

Hey Pals,

We all know I struggle with sweets, I've posted about this a billion times, lol. Soooo, I'm thinking about doing a "No Sweets November" challenge (excluding Thanksgiving Weekend of course! LOL)

Ya'll down? Let me know!

Guidelines:
No sweets - and if you have to then YOU MUST LOG IT and BURN150% of it off the same day.

Example: 1 Oreo cookie is about 80 cals...The serving size is 2 cookies. So, if you eat two Oreo Cookies, you MUST BURN at least 240 cals.

This includes (but is not limited to): ice cream, brownies, cakes, candy, candy bars, pies, cupcakes....(oh sorry I just drooled on the keyboard a little, lol)
