175 pounds lost! (weny skydiving at 150 pounds lost)

I never thought to post to this forum, but here goes. I'm at 191 pounds the last I checked, and started at 376 back in 2009. My real "success" is when I hit 215, which I've posted below in a link to where I posted on reddit. Rather than detail it all here, I'll just say with hard work, determination, maybe some personal mind games ;-), you can do this!

Congratulations..That is on my bucket list as soon as I reach my goal. It is one of the rewards that i am giving myself. You have come a long way and you should be very proud :drinker:0
