Need Motivation....

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I have recently become serious about losing weight. My goal is to lose 50 lbs in 6 months and exercise. However, I feel that having some friends on here will maybe help me be more motivated, particularly with my exercise. I have also seen some challenge threads floating around from a while ago. So, I don't know, any ideas? I have no friends because I mostly use the mobile app and I don't believe there is a function to talk to people on there.
