Changing Daily Requirements

Hi Just wondering if anyone knows of a way in which we can change the protein requirements etc. I was advised that I should be getting 0.8-1.0g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.

My Home > Goals > Change Goals > Custom
Unfortunately, MFP only allows you to figure them as percentages right now. So you'll have to calculate what percentage of your total calories that works out to be.0 -
