walking everyday for 30 min?

i walk at around 3.0-4.0 mph, if i were to walk everyday for 30 minutes and i eat healthy will i lose weight!!! please help!? I should i run for 15min?

    I lost about 15 pounds in one month doing this in college a couple years ago, it worked for me! It's worth a shot, just make sure you're eating right as well.

    90% eat at a calorie deficit and 10% exercise. 30 minutes is better than nothing but it isn't going to create a lot of weight loss without a good diet.

    95% of my exercise is walking. I think it's working pretty well...just look at my ticker. :)

    Sure, walking is great. That is the best exercise I get. But I lost all my weight by eating at a calorie deficit.
