Chris Powells Carb Cycling and MFP

I recently got this book back out to give it another shot, I tried it last year and I just wasn't dedicated. I've been reading about a lot of success stories people are having and thats proof that it works ,which makes me happy.I was wondering wether people are using MFP with his book to track their calories because its 1200 cals on Low carb days and 1500 cals on high carb days...I know the book talks about figuring out portions without measuring; I just feel it would be easy for me to overshoot with that method.
