Result... pizza, beer and within my calorie limit

So one day this week I somehow totally forgot to eat breakfast, then did 60min on the exercise bike and wasn't really hungry for lunch. Long story short, I got to dinner time with something like 1400 calories left. So I had half a 12" pizza, a can of beer and still just had enough left over for a shot of single malt for bedtime.
Of course this is a really dumb way to do things and I don't plan on doing it (I'd rather have a treat day and not worry about counting), but it was nice to pig out and STILL be inside my limit for the day.

That's the only way I do it, really. I am not a "clean eater".....life is too short to not enjoy every day.
For a long time I was having so much success, no matter what I ate, as long as I was under my calories. Recently I'm having a hell of a time staying under my calories.
Staying under calories is the way to be successful, no matter how/what you enjoy eating.0 -
No it's not "stupid" at all. There's nothing wrong with skipping breakfast a nd lunch. I do it twice a week.
Ok pizza and beer is not advisable every day, but it won't hurt occasionally.0 -
It's awesome and totally what I would have done in your situation too! I'm always hungry during the day unfortunately though.0

Sometimes you just NEED something different. Once in a blue moon, it is not bad to have a day like that.0
