Hello all,
I've been doing T25 (only on week 3), for those who don't know, involves a lot of cardio and exercising your core. The results have been great so far and I love it. However, I was looking into this weight loss product on amazon to see if I could push my results to be that much better. I was only going to wear it during the 25 minutes of exercising and was looking to find some feedback on if it works and experience. Thanks in advance!!
