One Bicep bigger than other

Have been using a home Multi gym for a few months now & pleased with the results so far but notice that my right Bicep is bigger than my left, I am right handed so put this down to using the right arm more but not while using the gym.

I always do the same reps & sets on every exercise I do which consists of 20 reps & 5 sets, I only use free weights (Dumbbells) for bicep curls then move onto the multigym. So, do I work the left side harder of does it/will it equal out over time do you think ?.

Not looking to bulk just to get some muscle back after losing over 50 lbs with another 36 or so lbs to go.

I would concentrate more on exercises that uses two arms. I definitely wouldn't be working them separately in different weights.

Preacher curls or barbell curls, rows, chin ups.

Problem is I can work the right much harder but get pain at 15 reps on in the left arm & it realy hurts on the last set but the right is fine.

Haha... my right bicep actually has decent definition, my left one has NONE.. I'm left handed but do all lifting/grabbing groceries, shooting/etc. with my right arm.

Rofl, this is the uneven breasts problem for men... is what it is lol

I wouldn't sweat it. It's a handedness thing, everyone has this. Don't hurt yourself...

As for me? Left bicep lags by about .25 inches circumference. Not a problem.
