hello everyone, my name is Dee, i'm 35, married, have 2 sons aged 11 and 18 and 6 pets (1 dog, 2 cats and 2 hens). I have illnesses which I have to take meds for. the meds have put 5 stone of weight on me. I also have m.e and am finding it hard to lose the weight
