Looking to discuss clean eating and body building

Hey Everyone

I'm looking to make friends with people that have knowledge about body building and good nutrition or people like me who have been doing it a short while and still getting to grips with it all, to swap tips and ideas. What works well, what doesn't etc.

My ultimate goal is to become lean and have a lower body fat percentage. I also want massive huge but lean thighs and a tiny waist. To do this I am going to lose some weight and maintain the muscle I already have. Then begin to build more muscle.
