Interesting - - on this one my Fitness Age was 39 years old. On realage.com, my fitness age was 35 yrs. I'm 40 years - so at least both ages are under 40, but I've got to get it together.
The Omron scale I have measures the body's age. I believe the Max age on this scale is 80... Anyway, back in 2011 the scale measured my body's age at the "Max". Today - my body's age was 46, but yesterday it was 45 after I exercised. I'm trying to get to my actual age and I will, but it's all a work in progress.
Thanks for sharing these websites though.0 -
If you have a Smart phone you may be able to download an Application on your phone to measure the pulse. My measuring tape has both Inches & CM on it.0
