We have a wellness program at work that challenges us to 400 minutes/week. My report so far is this
11/1 - - 84 minutes Running/Walking
11/2 - - 90 minutes Running
11/3 - - 90 minutes Raking leaves
11/4 - - 60 minutes Eliptical/walking

Wow didnt see this, ive been planning on adding some excercise in on a regular basis now that i have manage to get weight down a bit since start of summer. I just passed my 5st off mark and discovered this site 3 weeks ago so im gonna try this for sure.
Unfortunately it will have to start indoors as i have got little one off sick with chicken pox .. so i will be dusting off the wii fit and starting with that.
