After losing thirty pounds (over six months), and not yet being capable of seeing a major change in myself, I have occasionally felt discouraged. What I had been particularly looking forward to was a change in my clothing sizes. I've been holding steady with the faith that this change must be coming along at some point soon; I couldn't imagine staying in a size 16 for much longer...

And finally, finally! It has arrived. Tonight I have fit comfortably into my size 14s!

Take home point - a little NSV goes a long way! If anyone out there is waiting for the change to come, stick with it! You will get there! :)

    Great story and NSV. Changing close sizes is the best feeling. Plus others will notice the smaller clothing I've noticed.

    Yeah! I have a pair of pants that I slowly can get up my thighs.
