    God, I work in a Motorsport Shop with 12 men, I'm the only chick ... If I did anything with a yoga band, a yoga ball or anything of the sort, I'd be harrassed into tears... I do dips in my chair, butt clentches and sit with my abs engaged for 30 second intervals ... that's about it! haha

    well then your the only girl for the bathroom! go in and make it your own. LOL

    I do arm circles, and calf raises when no one is around! I also have a shelf in my office that is just high enough to set my computer on and stand so I try to do that for a while each day too so I dont get office chair "spread-*kitten*"

    What's more beneficial? spending more time sitting on my yoga ball, or more time standing?

    I did a little list of stuff that i could do about my office:-

    Table push ups
    Tricep dips on chair
    Single leg squat
    Bottle of water squeeze (put between knees)
    Chair squat (bum just grazing)
    Calf raise
    Lunges
