Hello
I am wondering do please log there calls based on HRM or an app.
I.E i went for a walk the other day with HRM and Runtastic App for iPhone 5.
Runtastic had my cals as 760
however
My Polar FT7 HRM showed 1203
would you log the HRM due to being more accurate based on the data.
hope for some good responses.

No expert on this, but if I were in weight loss mode, I would eat back the lower number and see how it goes. If it isn't enough, increase to higher number. You should know in about a week. No weight loss is easier to deal with and adjust than making te effort and gaining weight. JMO0

I go by my heart rate monitor. The amount of calories is different for each person, and their fitness level. It would be far more accurate than something estimating.0
