Trying to lose weight and then go on to bulking or going for figure training. I am one of them. I wonder how many women out there are starting from - square 1 (yes, negative square one!) and then get past the cutting phase onto the bulking? If you're one of them and wish to join, let me know on here! And don't be discouraged, we are all newbs and if there's any pros out there that want to join as well to help us n00bs out, drop in a line. :3

And yes, men can join to if you wish to and are going to be helpful since a woman's body is much different than a man's (not trying to be sexist. It's just biology).

What body fat % is recommended for starting a bulk phase? I'm just curious, because I really don't know.

I would like to keep track of this topic and get better informed. I love lifting and was very fit in the past. Just getting back into it now.
