Hey coming back to mfp after a long time away.
I have had success using this app to help me track my progress. The part I always forget to do is get involved with the community and make friends that can hold me accountable and give me a nudge when I need it.
My goal is to drop 25 pounds and keep it off with a whole lifestyle change. Gonna start off with a 30 day juice cleanse, I wanna make raw food a big part of my diet in the future, and of course I am going to add exercise to the plan.
