Not new, it's a comeback.

The first time I got on myfitnesspal, I worked hard was disciplined and lost 15 pounds. Because of a series of events i stopped using it and I had maintained my weight pretty well but I let go a bit and gained 5 of those 15 that I had originally lost. Now I'm back and it is all part of a series of changes that I have to make in my life. I need to stick to it and my goal is to loose the last 20 pounds to reach my Goal Weight! It may seem like nothing to some, but its really hard for me to loose weight even though exercise almost daily and eat quite healthy. Any support i can get I would appreciate

Hey there.. I can totally relate to what you are saying.. I am in the same situation as well... looking for more people to work this through... I am trying to lose my last 10-20#... we can all do this together.. any support I could get as well would be appreciated.. please feel free to add me too!0
