Favorite salad dressings and recipes?

I love my salads, I surely do, and I chop up a mess of veggies every night for Himself and me. I have a few go-to recipes that are low cal and natural, and a few bottled dressings that I stick into my rotation, but I'd love to hear of some new ones.

I just had a really tasty salad in Vegas and am trying to copy the dressing..not perfect yet but it's a creamy apple vinnaigrette, so I'm working with apple cider vinegar, light mayo, light yogurt and oil. Any ideas are welcome
