Homemade cheerio treat. Cheerios, corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla. Sort of like making rice krispy treats. I try not to make them too often because I will eat the entire batch by myself in about 2 days.0

Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I used to often share a tub with my husband or son when we were watching a TV or a video. 500+ calories in half a tub and I'm sure I could eat a whole one to myself! ( I mean really really sure :blushing: )0

Pretty much anything that is loaded with calories, sugar, fat or a combination of all three! It seems like once I open a package, I would usually finish it! Or at least I used to, not any more as I'm being careful to concentrate on fresh fruits and veggies and stay away from prepacked foods. I would often eat the whole package just because I was also doing something else at the same time, like open a bag of cookies while reading a book and then put the book down, only to find there were no cookies left in the package.0
