Introduction of me

Hi. Im Jon..23...and have never had abs ...not even as a kid lol.. But now i want them more than anything...I'm actually looking for William Defoe to see if i can sell my soul for a 4 pack

Anyway, I started this journey 3 years ago...I was 250 (at 6'0) with leftover weight from playing high school football, and was out of breath walking to class in my senior year of college. I did insanity...got skinny (still no abs lol) but lost all of any muscle i had ( poor dieting). Got a girlfriend and got fat again. I eventually became a gym rat, and began to lift .

I put on muscle fairly quickly (about 220lbs now) . But now I am trying to avoid being dirty bulk and am looking to lose some stubborn belly fat.

I added cardio, after i stopped believing that I would instantly lose all my muscle and strength and am losing fat little by little. If anyone could offer any tips or advice it would be great!

I was tentative in making a MFP profile..but I have heard too many people swearing by it and having results.

So here I am. lol
