Don't worry keep up with the exercise and healthy eating. Your arms and legs will get the message. My legs and arms are always the last to thin down when I lose weight. I am also naturally thicker in those areas.0

I've been working out for 4 years this month and unfortunately my Body changes in Cycles. My lower front fat then a little higher fat. Finally my back fat and then starts over. My arms, legs and calves just out of the blue. I don't want to bum you but taking me a long time but I started at 321 and currently I'm at 189.0

They say that you lose the weight in the opposite manner in which it was gained. Last on, first off. Just keep going and it'll happen. Congrats on losing 2 back folds in 6 weeks! That's awesome.0
