Artificial sweeteners

I gave up all soda 2 years ago. I dropped 15 lbs right away (not doing anything else) but eventually gained it back. I went to iced tea using about 1 packet of Sweet N Low per 32 oz drink. About two months ago, I gave up the sweetener. I have not noticed anything different between using and not using artificial sweeteners or soda. Has anyone else noticed any differences after giving them up?
