colmans season and shake rustin chicken - calories

Hi

im being thick.

I have a colmans rustic chicken season and shake. The one where you put all ingredients in the bag and shove in the oven.

it states on the back. 307kcal per 100g as sold.

the seasoning is 33g and serves 4

you add chicken, potatoes, carrots and beans to it.

are the calories for one persons serving of the whole meal or just the seasoning ?
