    We make them two ways…

    1. Mayo and sweet relish, a little dijon, salt and pepper all mixed with the egg yolks.

    2. Ham, canned mushrooms, mayo, dijon, yolks and salt and pepper done in a food processor.

    Both are super yummy.

Has anyone tried making deviled eggs using Greek Yogurt instead of Mayo? Just wondering for a healthier choice if it would taste alright!

I make my yolk mixture with mayonnaise, mustard and sweet pickle relish. Be sure to use old eggs, like a few weeks old eggs so that the eggs are easy to peel. If you can't do that, add some vinegar to the water that you are boiling the eggs in. The vinegar will soften the shells, making the eggs easier to peel.

Better trick to get easy-peel hard boiled eggs no matter their age is to steam the eggs instead of boiling them, and as soon as they're done, throw them in ice water. Trust me, the shells will come off easily.
