Hey everyone! Just introducing myself
Im 5'1 and 107 lbs, trying to get down to 98 and then I'll try to 91! Wish me luck! If anyone has any tips to help me feel welcome to share!

    Hi, when I was trying to lose weight, I had a lot of success with eating small quantities and low in calories about five times a day. Along with drinking a glass of water each time I ate. I lost 10 pounds in seven weeks. Now I am trying to wain weight. Which is As difficult as losing weight. I am trying to gain 15 pounds by the end of January 2014. If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatful
