Hello from a newbie

Hi All,

I'm a 38-year-old diabetic, weighing 193 pounds. It's only been a week since I started working out. I desperately need to lose 40-50 pounds and get back in shape. My biggest problem so far has been lack of determination. Moreover, I have a sweet tooth. And I love to overeat. So there, you get the picture.

I've started eating healthy, have cut down on all sugary stuff, and started working out, and I hope to God I'm able to stick with this and get myself back in shape!
