I get really bored in my down time...

So every weekend I'm not working, I sit on the sofa, and after a couple of hours of watching tv, my fiancé hears me say the usual... 'I'm bored....' (imagine whiney female voice saying this).

It doesn't matter what we do during the day before this, I sit on the sofa and you can practically schedule it.

I've been to the gym, gone swimming, taken dance lessons, cleaned the flat so it's practically sterile, done the weekly shop and any other shopping that's required, done all the clothes washing (including towels and sheets)... I'm just not good at sitting on the sofa and watching tv.

So I'm asking for suggestions. Ideally I'd like to avoid anything like baking that adds calories to my life, but I'd just like to be able to enjoy my down time.

I find a good book, or play Wii with my significant other.

Have a child. You'll never have down time again :-)

If I'm bored, I just go on a walk or come here.
Find things you like to fill the down time :) It wasn't hard to figure out I liked taking a bunch of pictures of the randomest things, so I just charge my camera and head outside, regardless of living in the city. There are still things to photograph :)
ETA: I also paint, but we're a bit tight this month since we went Christmas shopping, so I can't buy acrylics for a bit, but when I do get the chance I will be finishing up my collecting and get back to painting.

When I have down time I read, sew/be crafty, go shopping or just enjoy not having to do anything. :)
