Does anyone have much information with regard to mercury intake from eating fish (particularly tinned/canned tuna and mackerel), such as what consumption level is safe, and the negative benefits of eating it too regularly, etc.?

Thanks guys. In everything I've read it always says it depends what type of fish you are eating, and lists all these different types of tuna etc., and I don't know which type is in the can I'm eating. I've been having a can of tuna and a can of mackerel almost every day for about a year.0
