Going low carb

I've finally come to the realization that I'm not going to drop these last 10 lbs. unless I cut out (or cut down considerably) on my carb intake. Problem is....I LOVE carbs. Carbs are what fill me up and make me feel satisfied. So, I'm going to give it my best shot starting tomorrow and go low, low carbs. I'm looking for suggestions on what's the best way to make such a change. What are some good breakfast alternatives (I don't like eggs). Should I just focus on lots of protein and veggies? Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

If you love carbs so much won't cutting them out be impossible, leading to you feeling unwell, unsatisfied, and binge eating?0

As someone who went keto and LOVES it, I suggest you make sure your fat intake is LARGE. Also, look up "fat bombs" and make as many as you can! They taste like candy, so that will help if you have a sweet tooth.0

I know you don't like eggs, there are some recipes without eggs.

I also have 10 lbs to go and I also love carbs !
What do you mean by low, low starting tomorrow ?
My goal is 75 a day and that seems to be work out fine, semi difficult but doable.
On avg I am losing .65 lb a week .
Celery sticks and super crunchy peanut butter are one of my favs for breakfast.
Looking forward to others ideas.0 -
I would recommend keto, which is essentially eating high amounts of healthy fats and moderate protein, with very low carb. All the fat is said (and from personal experience) to make you feel satiated
I just had keto pancakes for breakfast, they were amazing.

though regardless, if you really love carbs, I think cutting them out drastically will just make you unhappy.0 -

I'm thinking 50 carbs a day should be low enough.0
