Hi guys!
Just looking for suggestions really...
As per title, my mum is coming over for a month next week and as i have lost over a stone, i want to at least maintain or keep losing.
I only see my mum one month a year so obviously i want to spend all my time with her when not at work.
However, this would mean cutting/stopping going to gym which i do 3 times a week, hr+ each. Bearing in mind i finish work at half 6 so by time i get home its abit too late to have dinner with my ol dear so i would cut gym.
As all know, mothers cooking is best cooking so this combined with less gym time makes me worry i will put that stone back on in a month.
I'm sure popular advice would be to have willpower or ask mum to come gym with me but no no, she' here to enjoy herself so can't ask her to do that
Anyone got any suggestions or experienced this?
Thanks!

Keep doing what you're doing. It's just an hour a day or something... Otherwise adjust your goal down to make up for no exercise.0

Show your Mom the new you. The new COMMITTED you and make sure she knows that your fitness routine is very important to you. Especially if you're going to be eating her food! You can always cut your gym time a bit shorter if necessary but I know my own Mom saw a new (in a positive way) side of me when she saw how dedicated I was to my health!
Hope that helps!0
